• Bump actions/setup-node 6.5.0 → 7.0.0 (PR #150) — upstream ESM migration; our workflows pass no action inputs, no behavioral change.
• Bump docker/setup-buildx-action 4.2.0 → 4.3.0 (PR #149).

Both remain pinned to full commit SHAs per the v0.8.6 supply-chain policy; tags verified against upstream before merge. Master CI green on the exact merge commits.
