Added single-processed GIF support.
Added assertions for basic files (still rolling this out) / improving
Fixed console logging when using multi-process mode to print statements of each process correctly, since before the messages were overlapping.
Binary doesn't close if error is thrown / will keep window open when an assertion / exception is raised.
Fixed bug where short videos would cause dandere2x to fail.
