Upgrading

• Docker Hub users: docker.io/ajslater/codex is published again, but it is
  deprecated. Change your image to ghcr.io/ajslater/codex; nothing else
  changes. Admins see a warning in the web UI, and the logs warn at startup
  and once a day, until the image is changed. Coming from 1.9.x, back up
  your config directory first and read the Upgrading notes for every
  version since.

Performance

• Comic Vine tagging spends half the API budget it used to due to simyan
  4.1.0.

Dev

• Require simyan >= 4.1.0.
• Resume publishing images to Docker Hub to upgrade stragglers.
