Breaking Change:
- Regex rule mode
While existing settings will be migrated automatically, old backups do not preserve regex modes, make sure to manually re-select the modes again and do a re-backup.
New:
- SMS Screening Service
Similar to call screening, the app can now work as a service that to be queried by SMS apps. It works with any SMS app that implements this SMS screening protocol - Regex mode: "Database Prefix"
Block sibling numbers in database. E.g., block rangexxxx00~xxxx99ifxxxx55exists in database
Fixes:
- SMS regex option "For Particular Number", once enabled, it can't be turned off
- Workflow presets "PhoneBlock" and "FTC-DNC" no longer require PHONE_STATE permission

- PhoneBlock API Preset: Added range-based query support (ignores last 2 digits)
- Backup/Restore now supports choosing specific settings to export/import
- Reporting numbers now supports adding a comment.
