🔧 Improvements

• webapp now respect the device orientation settings and always render output in the set orientation (landscape/portrait)
• Another attempt to fix the EE02 power consumption issue
• Refactor and move common image processing logic to the epaper-image-convert library

• photoframe-firmware-seeedstudio_reterminal_e1002-merged.bin: For Seeed reTerminal E1002
• photoframe-firmware-seeedstudio_xiao_ee04-merged.bin: For Seeed XIAO EE04
