This release introduces refactored liability pallets and enhances support for ARM target platforms.
Collators
A new block producer tracking pallet introduced in this release. Please launch your nodes with --collator-eth-account and your Ethereum account address as an argument. In that case, your address will be included in a produced block and will be accounted for monthly rewards.
