Thanks to @andycarlberg for both features in this release: actual_get_context (PR #490, shipped as #484), which returns accounts, categories and payees with their ids in one call, and splitting an existing transaction in place through actual_transactions_update (PR #491, shipped as #489), which keeps the transaction id and its import fields. His upstream source analysis also found the unawaited write that shaped the read-back design. Both commits credit him as co-author.
