Fix automatic startup on root/systemd installations by preserving the required home, configuration, and cache environment.
/configure now provides Enable autostart and Disable autostart buttons. Each action immediately validates registration or removal, reports native errors, and preserves unrelated unsaved settings. Repeating an action refreshes and verifies the registration.
After updating, open /configure and select Enable autostart to refresh an existing registration.
Validated with Go tests and vet, the application build, smoke tests, npm launcher tests, and a locally built and executed Linux arm64 archive.
