Fixed

• JetBrains keeps SKILL.md on the native Markdown file type so the Markdown editor and preview remain available. The agnix icon and filename-based LSP support are preserved. (#1700)
• CC-HK-025 accepts the documented plugin_notification Notification matcher, including exact alternatives, without suppressing unknown matcher warnings.
• Codex [tui] configuration accepts presets, the rust-v0.164.0 /presets input slots, instead of warning about an unknown key.
• CDX-HK-005 accepts the rust-v0.164.0 PreModelRequest and PostModelRequest hook events. They are observation-only: matchers are not compiled and additionalContext is not interpreted, so they stay out of the matcher and context event sets.
• OpenCode project detection stops at the Git worktree root, including linked worktrees, so enclosing configuration does not add unrelated instruction or skill diagnostics. Root-local configuration still applies to nested files. (#1724)

Beyond the two fixes above, the new MCP OAuth fields, plugin provisioning metadata and permissions.network mitm v2 options live one level below the surfaces agnix key-checks; no other validation change. • Review Gemini CLI v0.65.0 (#1702): fixes plus custom OTLP telemetry headers nested under the already-known telemetry object; no top-level .gemini/settings.json additions. Baseline-only advance.
• Baseline-only advances after release-notes review: Claude Code v2.1.309 (fixes only), Cline v4.1.25 (cloud sessions and model catalog), Cursor 3.27.12 (version marker only), Kiro CLI 2.33.1 (workspace trust stores per-workspace state under ~/.kiro/workspace-roots; the permissions files are unchanged), OpenCode v1.19.4 (Bun runtime security bump), OpenCode 2 v2.1.4 (experimental.background_compaction and experimental.location_idle_timeout, accepted by the open experimental object) and Amp self-hosted-orbs (new amp orb provider command).
• Review Claude Code v2.1.304 against v2.1.299 release notes; no new validation constraints. Session-wide skill-hook budgets and mod API changes are runtime behavior, not new per-file schema rules.
• Review OpenCode 2 v2.1.0 against the v2.0.32 tagged config schemas; no new validation constraints. The new experimental.todo option is already accepted.
• Review Kiro CLI 2.32.0; no new validation constraints. Official workflow authoring docs assign Powers/MCP access to agents, not new step fields.
• Review Cursor 3.26.13 alert against live stable marker 3.27.6 and current official references; no new validation constraints. No per-patch schema diff is published.
• Refresh the five reviewed Claude spec baselines with current source hashes; see the source-backed review for scope and remaining gaps.

The verified 0.59.2 plugin ZIP and SHA-256 checksum are available here. Install through Settings > Plugins > Install Plugin from Disk. JetBrains Marketplace 0.59.2 is approved and publicly available.
