• CC-HK-008 checks executed scripts instead of script-like arguments, including
  shell chains and interpreter exec form.
• XML checks skip HTML comments, backslash escapes and wrapped code spans while
  preserving real tag locations, fixes and platform guard comments.
• Accept current Claude Code hook matchers, subagent experimental settings and
  HTTPS MCP bundles. Warn about ignored agent once fields. Treat plugin semver
  as optional dependency advice and align fix metadata with emitted edits.

  default after comparing it with nextest.
• Keep native Cargo tests in CI and releases after comparing nextest. Owner PRs
