The 0.9.x release line is functionality and disk format stable and will become 1.0.0.
This release depends on Apache Jena 3.17.0.
This release requires Java11.
On-disk patch logs remain valid.
It is recommend to update both client code and the RDF Delta patch server.
Just updating the server should work but is untested and unsupported.
Just updating the client does not work.
