Test build for Lynovation. Not a release. For testing the CTR2-Max firmware catalog and the CTR2 USB link's FIRMWARE commands before anything ships. Use a normal AetherSDR release for everyday operating.

Built from d70741fbc: main at 7864ef544 (#6527) with AETHER_FIRMWARE_DEV_OVERRIDES on, so it also reads two environment variables:

• AETHER_LYNOVATION_CATALOG: the CTR2-Max firmware catalog's URL (a file:// URL works too), with catalog.json.sig beside it.
• AETHER_LYNOVATION_TRUST_KEYS: the Ed25519 public key (hex) the catalog is signed with.

Release builds have neither and fetch nothing until Lynovation's key is built in.
