Fixes
- Session ID auto-refresh — Previously, while v0.1.3 introduced auto-reconnect, it would reuse the same session ID. If the server had restarted and lost its session state, it would reject the old ID indefinitely. The client now detects "unknown session" errors, generates a new session ID on the fly, and clears stale connection state to ensure a clean recovery.
