- OnAir Web in two buttons: Server > Share my radio on the web, then List it on the public directory (exact preview before anything is sent).
- Internet TV (playlists, HLS / MPEG-TS / UDP / RTP).
- BBC Red Button (MHEG-5) in the Carousels view. Needs a user test on a real UK stream.
- Multi-VFO: several channels (FM/AM/SSB, pagers, APRS) on one capture, mixed audio.
- TV channel selector in every TV mode (19 regional plans, previous / next).
- Mode experience: calls, tracks and threads with an Items tab, notes, export and optional auto-record (off by default) for DMR, ADS-B, AIS, APRS, pagers, ACARS, VDL2, HFDL, UAT, radiosondes, NXDN, P25, dPMR, D-STAR, M17, TETRA, Fusion, Iridium, Orbcomm, Inmarsat, LoRa mesh.
- Inmarsat: aircraft positions on the map; codec help on the Voice tab.
- nRF24L01 receive mode (needs a user test), TX IQ over TCP for GNU Radio.
- No limits on bandwidth and sample rate: Custom bandwidth / Custom sample rate in every mode; TETRA finds every carrier of a wide capture.
- French trunking: MPT1327 tolerant sync, TETRAPOL follows clear calls, B210 on Windows guide.
- LoRa demodulator in the Signal Lab with auto-detect.
- Pagers: German characters (ä ö ü ß), capcode ignore list with right-click, counter and show-ignored toggle.
- APRS map station card; arrow keys tune by the step; drag-select and copy text.
- LoRaWAN FSK (DR7); Digital Video Generator; VDL2 aircraft type and distance and more channels; CTCSS pull-down.
Fixed
- Frequency stuck at 1090 / 1897 / 1927 MHz after switching modes (#393, #338): the satellite-frequency carry now applies only to the dish-LNB modes.
- Cospas-Sarsat no longer counts bursts from a radio with no antenna.
- Analog voice sat 250 kHz off the dial (#374); DVB-T SSE2 clip (#365); RDS scrolling names (#350); P25 codec strip (#348); and community PRs #387 #388 #395 #396 #399 #402.
Known gaps
- Red Button supports a subset of MHEG-5 classes; nRF24L01, French trunking and the web setup have not been tried on real signals or radios.
- DMR LOCN position reports (#335) and the USRP mode-switch part of #373 are not fixed.
- TETRAPOL clear-call voice on an inverted-polarity band-1 test signal does not reach the codec in one automated test; a few other automated tests (DTMB, DVB-S, ISDB-S on Windows) fail on the CI machines and are being checked for 3.5.
- Windows installer and zip are built on a Mac; the Android APK is signed with the permanent OnAir key.
