Update to Chromium 148.0.7778.215

New Features in Chrome 148

1. Randomized Device Memory Fingerprint
   navigator.deviceMemory is no longer fixed at 8. It is now randomly chosen
   from 8, 16, or 32 based on the --fingerprint seed.

2. Realistic GPU Parameter Simulation
   GPU fingerprinting now simulates WebGL/GPU parameters using real GPU
   parameter sets, making the reported GPU more consistent with real hardware.
   GPU spoofing can still be disabled with --disable-spoofing=gpu.
