🐛 Fixes

(android) Fixed the Android build on React Native 0.88 (Android Gradle Plugin 9): Could not find androidx.compose.ui:ui:. Adapty UI 3.17.0 left the Jetpack Compose UI version to the app's runtime dependencies. AGP 9 no longer reuses those versions at compile time, so the build failed. Adapty UI 3.17.2 declares the version explicitly.
(android) Fixed a Gradle configuration failure on AGP 9: Cannot add extension with name 'kotlin'. It only happened with android.builtInKotlin=true, where AGP registers the Kotlin extension itself.
(android) Placement variation weights. Fixed an off-by-one in placement variation weight distribution that could slightly skew A/B traffic allocation at exact weight boundaries. The same fix shipped for iOS in 3.17.1.

(android) restorePurchases() no longer rejects when there is nothing to restore. It now resolves with the current AdaptyProfile instead of failing with noPurchasesToRestore (1004), so check the access level status in the returned profile.
(android) The Adapty Android SDK is updated from 3.17.1 to 3.17.3 The iOS SDK stays at 3.17.3.
