Hotfix: the Moon is back. NASA changed the links its Dial-A-Moon service hands out, and OpenHamClock had been refusing them since — so the Lunar panel showed a plain sliver and the 3D globe lost its moon. Self-hosted: pull the update and restart. The hosted site is already fixed.
🌙 FIX: Moon Image Missing from the Lunar Panel and the 3D Globe
The Lunar panel shows NASA's photo-real render of today's moon and the 3D globe places it at its true position with the real phase. NASA's Dial-A-Moon API started returning plain http:// links for those images; the server's safety check only accepted https:// and rejected every one, so /api/moon-image answered "temporarily unavailable" and the panel fell back to a drawn sliver. The check now accepts either scheme for a nasa.gov address and always fetches over https. Reported by K0CJH.
