This release compartmentalizes different versions and their filesystem supported apis. So windows can't freeze on 0.1.84+
It seems the precacher still works on android on newer versions, so I will leave it there for testing since my phones need it
Precache will be hidden if you cannot use it. If you need to use it on PC for some reason, use it with < 0.1.83 gen1recomp.
