New LAVENDER TOWN floortiling for BATTLE ART (default) and LEGENDARY VISUALS.
The unwalkable area behind the pokemon tower has been filled with tulips/flowers.
Battle art city ground is more focused on dirt, Legendary on purple flowers in grass.
Also added some compatibility for the new performance-monitor-v2 I am improving.
