• Grok Build support: hcom grok (#81, @kiala9).
• hcom no longer edits global tool config. Claude, Codex, Copilot, Pi, OMP, OpenCode and Kilo load hooks only in hcom <tool> sessions, leaving plain sessions and sub-agents untouched (#146).
• Codex follows its own sandbox and approval settings; codex_sandbox_mode is removed.
• onidle script: when an agent finishes, message it or launch the next one.
• --name warns when an agent is sending under a stale identity (#148, @gzur).
• Clearer errors: stopped agents show how to resume, typos get suggestions.
• hcom r and hcom f accept --headless for every tool.

Fixes

• Security: Copilot auto-approve no longer approves chained commands like hcom send @x -- hi; rm -rf ~.
• Messages are no longer lost when more than 50 are unread (#145, @alepar) or when send output is cut off (#149, @zane668).
• Dead agents are cleaned up automatically, even after a reboot (#44, @Solar2004).
• Agents keep one name when they rejoin (#139, @gzur).
• Relay: offline devices catch up on missed events, and the relay restarts itself on upgrade (#144, @tbelajonas71, @Tomlendefied); IPv4-only networks work.
• Codex: hcom r keeps reasoning effort (#147, @ouob-tw); hcom messages show in the TUI; status tracks approvals and Esc.
• Messages arrive sooner after launch and resume (Claude, OpenCode, Pi); resumed Copilot agents stay up.
• Agents stay responsive when the terminal is slow.
• Faster collision checks, polling and listing.
• PTY debug dumps show prompt styling (#110, @qianfengzongheng).
