These are the encrypted firmware images dumped from hardware from official resellers.
You will not be able to use these on an ESP32 that you have purchased yourself.
The only time you should ever be flashing these files is to fix hardware you have bought from official resellers that you have broken beyond repair by flashing the wrong firmware to them.
These files will only make other situations worse.
If you have bought hardware from official resellers, then you should get assistance though the official Discord first. If you are told that the hardware is "bricked" or otherwise not-repairable, then try one of these files.
Flash with "esptool.py -b 921600 write_flash 0 official_screen.bin" for screens
Flash with "esptool.py -b 921600 write_flash 0 official_headless.bin" for headless modules
