This release adds the following features:
- iPad support
- Add link to mailview to
Save all attachments to DAV - Support multi-select deletions
- Support multi-select moving of files
- Show a visual indication if the root of the folder picker is selected
- When creating folders (in folder picker) when doing a save attachment/move, expand the folder picker to show the newly created folder.
- Small fixes
