PET 8032: use editor rom edit-4-80-b-50Hz.901474-04.bin.
The one with "-04_" that we used previously was not an original editor rom.
This was visible because in text mode there was just a single scan line
between character lines, rather than two.

PET 8x96: Fix stores to $FFF0
Stores to $FFF0 were not always properly rememembered, so that a next store
could look like "nothing changed" when this was incorrect.

'rom_loaded' is used by individual machines, but was also used globally by the drives. rename it to 'drive_rom_loaded' to make the code less confusing to read. also add some debug stuff
