Partial fix for bug 2205, remove pointless "everything worked" messages from the three Save-As widgets that were locking up the GTK3-Vice GUI on Windows. A successful Save-As now no longer locks up Vice. Error case(s) still to be resolved, see ticket.

Fix support for (re)mapping emulated SNES controller. Rreorder the bits used for SNES pads, this way the same mapping makes sense for regular joysticks and SNES Pads. Use some more constants in the GTK code. Fix Protopad. Adjust DS3 example mapping. Other mapping files might need adjustment now as well, and should be changed to map to SNES controller too.
