NetBSD 9.3 provides 16 /dev/uhid* nodes, so we might as well scan all of

Gtk3: BSD joystick: use `lib_malloc()`/`lib_free()`
Use VICE's malloc/free wrappers instead of plain malloc/free when allocating
and freeing hid_item copies for the joystick events.
