Minimum Viable Tag Monster is now complete.
Still a few improvements possible around the edges, and the workflow
needs to be made easier to use, but the conversion part works now.

Gtk3: drag-and-drop: split extracting filename into separate function
Make the logic of the autostart drag-n-drop easier to follow by splitting the
extraction of a filename from the GtkSelectData into a separate function.
Rename the drag target mime type enum values to better reflect their type:
`DT_TEXT_PLAIN` for "text/plain", `DT_TEXT_URI` for "text/uri" and
`DT_TEXT_URI_LIST` for "text/uri-list".
