Buildsystem: Windows: copy icons/Adwaita/symbolic into bindist
It appears the location of certain icons was changed: all "symbolic" icons now
reside in their own symbolic subdirectory, which the bindist script didn't copy.

Gtk3: Use eye icon for WiC64 security token visibility toggling
Instead of a separate check button use an icon inside the GtkEntry that allows
toggling the visibility of the security token. Unfortunately the right corner
of the entry is already used for the Caps Lock indicator, so we have to use the
left corner of the entry for this icon (Gtk4 has a GtkPasswordEntry that does
the correct thing, Gtk3 doesn't).

Gtk3: Add WiC64 settings widgets
Add widgets for WiC64 resources in the userport settings dialog. The resources
for MAC and IP don't match what the WiC64 code dumps on the terminal, and setting
the timezone in the UI doesn't appear to work since the resource setter for
"WIC64Timezone" doesn't return 0 for valid resource values.
