some more comments, some more debug output. always start recording 'as if' the write line was 0 before, so it will always produce a tap value on the first written 1. should fix #1598

SDL: xcbm2: Add UI actions for attaching and detaching cartridges images at/from specific memory addresses
Add actions to attach/detach carts at $1000/$2000/$4000/$6000. I have no way to
actually test this, so I'll just assume this works ;)
