Hotkeys: disable or remove debugging messages
Also change the hotkeys log prefix from "Hotkeys (new API)" to just "Hotkeys"
since there's no old API anymore.

The 6581 saw+pulse waveform was obtained wrong, this sample is more correct. we'll still need more samples to maybe find one that matches the (first half of) the old one better. see bug #1887
