Add a PET palette that approximates the slightly blue white of the 2001 model.
The exact colour is unknown to me. Youtube videos all vary a bit in the colour they
show. Maybe Commodore even used different CRTs with different colours;
after all they even used different RAM and ROM chip types to the extent that they
had to have 4 different motherboards to adjust to that.

Fixed macOS bindist. Probably doesn't work without code signing, however an attempt is now made to detect and use a signing identity.
