Gtk3: Add reusable widget for secondary cartridge images
Implement widget to control secondary cartridge images (select image, save,
flush, add check buttons if required).
Use the widget for GMod2 settings, and flip primary and secondary around in the
GMod2 widget so the primary is on top.
Pretty much untested ;)
