Gtk3: Cartridge image widget: remove browse button, replace with icon
Add an icon to the entry widget like other filechooser widgets, used to pop up
a file selection dialog.
Make copies of the cart name and the resources passed as arguments to the
constructor, clean up on widget destruction.
