Strict Live Stream Archiving
#864 - Add a setting to watched channels that will stop live stream archiving if the game/category changes to one not selected
Fallback Video Chapter
#874 - If a video does not have a chapter, use the video game/category as a fallback chapter. If the video is still on Twitch this can be backfilled by running the "save chapter" task in Admin>Tasks.
