Update TwitchDownloader version to fix new VOD ids being greater than what int32 supports lay295/TwitchDownloader#1057

ArchiveTwitchChatWorkflowfor any failed archives. RestartingArchiveTwitchChatWorkflowwill restart the entire chat archive flow (download, render, and move). To restart, click the failed workflow then click the "restart" button.
