Skips intermediate v1.9.3 (the Revamp regression in that build is fixed in v1.9.4 — never published publicly).
Highlights
32 new badges across 5 new categories
- Afternoon Watching (12-17h) — Afternoon Tea / Lunchtime Lurker / Daylight Devotee / Permanent Vacation / Sun-Drunk at 1 / 10 / 50 / 200 / 500 sessions.
- Prime Time (19-22h) — Prime Time / Couch Critic / Sofa Sage / Living Room Legend / Channel Sovereign at 1 / 10 / 50 / 200 / 500 sessions.
- Holidays expansion — Valentine's, Easter Sunday, Lunar New Year, Diwali, US Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Bonfire Night, Boxing Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day. Variable-date holidays use anonymous-Gregorian (Easter), 2020–2035 lookup tables (Lunar NY, Diwali), or closed-form formulas (Thanksgiving, Mother's, Father's).
- Anime tier (5/15/50/200/500) — genre-tag detection (any genre containing "anime", case-insensitive).
- Studio specialists — Studio Ghibli (5), A24 (15), HBO (25), Netflix (50), BBC (25), Disney (50) via `BaseItem.Studios`.
- Pilot vs Completer — tracks per-series S1E1 watches and whether subsequent episodes followed. Two derived metrics drive 6 behavior badges: Pilot Tester / Window Shopper / Commitment Issues (sampled-only) and Hooked / Sticks the Landing / Always In (binged-past-pilot).
Full 8-language translations
All 32 new badges translated into English, Français, Español, Deutsch, Italiano, Português, 中文 (简体), 日本語. Hand-tailored cultural references where they fit — the Spirited Away badge nods to each locale's Spirited Away release name. Holiday descriptions include date hints (e.g. "2nd Sunday of May") so users without context still know what triggered them.
Revamp admin UI fix
The Use my account / Refresh / Simulate playback buttons + live status/error banner now sit at the top of the personal section in Revamp mode (previously hidden along with the Classic hero card). Long-running ops like Scan all users now visibly pulse with emerald-tinted status text instead of writing far below the fold. Classic mode is unchanged.
Backfill credits historical badges
The Watch History Backfill task now passes `Studios`, `SeriesId`, `SeasonNumber`, `EpisodeNumber` through to the achievement service, so historical episodes credit anime / studio / pilot-vs-completer badges. Time-of-day buckets only count NEW sessions (no historical hour-of-day to backfill against).

Manual: drop `Jellyfin.Plugin.AchievementBadges.dll` into `/plugins/Achievement Badges_1.9.4.0/` and restart Jellyfin.
No data migration required — existing `badges.json` round-trips cleanly with all new fields defaulting to 0/false/empty.
