Click anywhere on your own bubble to open Edit/Delete. Menu is constrained inside the chat pane so it can't clip off-screen. Bubbles get wider (88% vs 78%) so long messages don't wrap too eagerly. Image upload strip Content-Type from ALL auth headers (pass 1 only stripped the default JSON one) and now surfaces the real HTTP error so it's debuggable. New group button centered + wider.
