Big feature drop
You asked for side-by-side comparison + more polish. This release ships 9 of the 15 ideas from the brainstorm:
👥 Compare tab
Pick any two users on the server. Shows a VS-style row layout for 12 metrics (score, badges, prestige, items, movies, series, streak, hours, late nights, weekends, genres, libraries). Each row has horizontal proportional bars with the winner highlighted green. Below: 3 summary pills showing how many badges each user has uniquely + how many they share.
📰 Activity tab
Server-wide stream of every recent unlock across every user. Rarity-colored icons, user name, badge title, category, timestamp.
🎯 Click any locked badge → Chase modal
Click any badge card and a modal opens showing actual library items you'd need to watch to make progress. Powered by the existing /chase/{badgeId} backend. Smart filters per metric (e.g. Era Hopper only suggests items from decades you haven't seen).
🍩 Per-category progress rings
The Stats tab now opens with a row of donut charts — one per badge category — showing your completion percentage. Color shifts green at 100%, blue at 50%+, grey below.
🕐 24-hour watch clock
Radial chart on Stats tab showing what hours of the day you watch. Wedge radius extends with intensity. Hover for hour-by-hour details.
📊 Personal records grid
16 stat cards on the Stats tab covering everything: movies, series, streak, hours, days, genres, countries, languages, libraries, late nights, mornings, weekends, best combo, rewatches, login streak, plus prestige + lifetime score.
🥇 Prestige leaderboard
New section on Stats showing users sorted by prestige level + lifetime score, with stars per prestige level.
🕓 Recent unlocks panel
On Stats tab, the latest 15 of YOUR unlocks with timestamps and rarity colors.
🗺️ Heatmap fills the chart grid
Now spans the full width of the Stats grid (2 cols on desktop) so you can actually see the full year at 365 days.
Skipped from the brainstorm (queued for v1.6.0)
Achievement milestones (25/50/75/100% toasts), title system display in hero, pinned badges, category filter dropdown, toast queue, reduced motion mode, streak calendar.
How to test
- Update + restart
- Achievements page → look for new tabs: Compare and Activity
- Compare tab → pick 2 users from the dropdowns → see VS bars + summary pills
- Activity tab → see the latest 50 unlocks across the server
- Stats tab → top of the page now shows category progress rings, then the watch clock alongside the radar, then heatmap full-width, then records grid, then prestige leaderboard, then recent unlocks
- My Badges → click any locked badge → modal pops with library items to chase. Click outside or × to close.
