Xbox toast rebuilt closer to the original codepen
- Circle is now a solid base color with two separate pulse rings (lighter `::before` + darker `::after`) instead of a smooth vertical gradient
- Circle and banner color-shift to a brighter shade during the 24-85% expanded keyframes, mirroring the codepen's `#39960C → #42ae0e` transition
- Each rarity gets 4 coordinated shades: base / lighter / darker / bright
- Banner has a subtle top-highlight / bottom-shadow sheen so it reads with depth instead of looking flat or neon

README banner is now just the looping Xbox achievement animation itself - no more stars, corner brackets, header text, or rarity legend. Circle expands into banner, trophy rotates, text slides up, then collapses. Cycles through all 6 rarity tiers on a 63-second master loop.
