AirPodsWindows v1.3.0

Draft release notes for the v1.3.0 draft release. The checksums below were read from the draft
assets' SHA-256 digests (workflow run 39446689709, 2026-10-20, tag moved to aee7e8a); win64
and win32-bridge match, as the release process requires. After manual acceptance, apply with
gh release edit v1.3.0 --notes-file Docs/ReleaseNotes/v1.3.0.md, then publish the draft.

✨ Highlights

• Upstream sync: AirPodsDesktop 0.4.1 → 0.6.1 merged (154 commits) — this release carries the
  whole upstream refactor while keeping every AirPodsWindows feature.
• Qt 6.8.3, 64-bit only. 32-bit Windows and ARM64 are not supported. Existing Qt 5/Win32 users
  migrate through the in-app updater and keep their settings.
• Redesigned settings window — card-based layout with light/dark/system themes and retranslated
  descriptions.
• New popup animation pipeline with light and dark previews; added support for AirPods 4,
  AirPods 4 (ANC), AirPods 5 and AirPods Pro 3, plus Powerbeats Pro 2 (thanks @DeveShlomo).
• Tray quick connect, auto-start service, and a rebuilt updater that verifies the release asset's
  SHA-256 before running it.
• 14 languages, including the new Hebrew translation (PR #9) and the locales added upstream
  (bg, it, pt-BR, pt-PT, tr, uk).
• Tests now gate CI: domain, quick-connect, animation and UI-rendering suites run on every push.

ANC features (unchanged from 1.2.0, re-wired for the new architecture)

• 🎧 Noise control — Off / Noise Cancellation / Transparency / Adaptive, from Settings or the tray menu
• 🗣️ Conversational awareness with the speaking-volume reduction slider
• 🔊 Personalized volume, 🔇 loud sound reduction, 📊 adaptive transparency level (0-50)
• 👂 Real-time left/right ear detection status
• 🔧 Requires the MagicAAP driver; AirPods Pro / Max / AirPods 4 (ANC) only

Fixes carried over from 1.2.x

• Volume no longer jumps to 100% after conversational-awareness restoration (PR #7)
• Saved volume is restored instead of a fixed value; noise-mode changes clear stale volume state
• Conversational awareness is disabled in transparency mode to avoid restoration bugs
• Tray freeze and animation replay fixes (PR #6), now superseded in implementation by upstream's new
  playback pipeline — behaviour re-verified in CI and pending manual acceptance
• Upgrading over an installed 1.x no longer needs a manual uninstall: the installer now closes a
  running instance, skips stale uninstall entries, force-removes leftover files, and checks both the
  32-bit and the 64-bit registry views

⬆️ Upgrading

• From 1.2.x (Qt 5 / Win32): just run the installer from the in-app update prompt, or download
  AirPodsWindows-1.3.0-win32-bridge.exe below — it replaces the legacy 32-bit installation and
  carries your settings over. It checks for AMD64 Windows 10 build 17763 or newer first.
• From any Qt 6 build: download AirPodsWindows-1.3.0-win64.exe.
• Portable ZIP: AirPodsWindows-1.3.0-win64-portable.zip.
• Installers are unsigned unless the repository configures the Windows code-signing secrets, so
  Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run.

• 恢复的是此前保存的音量而非固定值；切换降噪模式会清理残留音量状态
• 通透模式下禁用对话感知，规避恢复异常
• 托盘卡死与动画重播修复（PR #6），实现已被上游新播放管线取代，行为经 CI 验证，待人工验收
• 覆盖旧版本安装升级不再需要手动卸载：安装器会先结束正在运行的进程、跳过失效的卸载项、强删残留文件，并同时检查 32 位与 64 位注册表视图
