Intelligent session reset recommendations when it would improve reliability and performance:
5 Semantic Triggers:
- Workflow complete - After ralph/autopilot/ultrawork finishes
- Architect verified - After architect approval passes
- Planning complete - After ralplan/plan skill completes
- Context >50% + artifacts - High context but plan files exist to reload
- Degradation signals - 3+ consecutive failures detected
Features:
- 5-minute cooldown between suggestions
- Max 2 suggestions per session
- Non-intrusive messaging explaining WHY clearing helps
- Lists preserved artifacts (plans, notes, decisions)
