配布バイナリ容量削減のため、エンジン管理を追加しました。この変更により、waifu2x, cugan, esrganバイナリは同封されなくなりました。
エンジン管理よりユーザー側で手動でダウンロードする必要があります。

Engine management has been added to reduce the size of the distributed binaries. As a result of this change, the waifu2x, cugan, and esrgan binaries are no longer included.
Users must manually download them via the engine management feature.
