'画像アップスケール設定'を開こうとするとエラーが発生する問題を修正。
'詳細設定'の項目を追加。(現時点では以下の設定ができます)
・起動時にアプリケーションのアップデートを確認 (初期でチェック有効)
・起動時にFFmpegの存在確認(存在する場合はアップデートを確認) (初期でチェック有効)
この項目を無効にすると、アプリケーション起動時に確認が行われなくなります。
(毎回確認されてうざったい or 起動を高速化したい場合等に役立つ可能性があります)
その他、随時設定項目を追加予定。追加してほしい設定のリクエストがある場合は承ります。
(内容によっては期待に沿えない場合があるので過度な期待はしないこと)

Fixed an error when trying to open 'Image Upscale Settings'.
Added 'Preferences' section. (The following settings are available at this time)
・Check for application updates at startup. (check enabled by default)
・Check for FFmpeg at startup (if present, check for updates) (check enabled by default)
If this item is disabled, confirmation will not be performed when the application starts.
(This may be useful if you are annoyed by having to check every time, or if you want to speed up the startup process.)
Other settings will be added as needed. If you have any requests for settings you would like to see added, please let us know.
(Do not expect too much as we may not be able to meet your expectations depending on the contents.)
