設定ファイルのxml化 (iniは廃止されたので、旧バージョンとの互換性はありません)

Fixed a fatal bug that prevented merging from starting even after clicking the 'Merge with FFmpeg' button when upscaling videos.
(Bug in 'Advanced Settings', unless 'Video Generation Method' is set to 'FFmpeg', merging is not possible)
Added support for upscaling of GIF animation files (converted to MPEG-4 by force)
Conversion between video and image formats has been implemented.
Added 4x and 6x options to image upscaling settings.
(This makes it possible to upscale the original image file by a factor of 4 or 6.)
Added support for outputting images other than JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and ICON when performing image upscaling (Advanced settings must be enabled)
Application updates are now checked immediately after startup.
Configuration files are now xml (ini is obsolete, so it is not compatible with previous versions)
Fixed an issue where an unnecessary Json file was being generated.
