Changelog:
- Added support for decrypting Wii/vWii titles
- Fixed the cancel button being disabled while preparing title after a decryption had been done
- Added a "continue on error" setting (enabled by default) that will continue downloading after an error and will show an overview in case errors occurred
- Added back adding multiple titles at once to the queue
