Changelog:
- Added Cloudflare DNS as a fallback in case of failure, avoiding having to set it manually
- Fixed selected tabs not getting highlighted correctly
- Fix decrypting system titles
- Fix downloading vWii titles (decryption might still not work properly on them)
- Improve download progress reporting
