- Ported Title Database to native Go (shouldn't affect anything)
- Ported Decryption code to native Go (should really speed up decryption)
- Optimize Download Speed
- Fix bug where a single file would get downloaded multiple times
- Fix bug where games with non-ASCII characters would get assigned a name with a space at the beginning
