• EpisodeInfo and PlayerDetails show and share the same cached content
• added tags and comment settings in PlayerDetails
• PlayerDetails shows chapter image, otherwise episode image, otherwise feed image
• player notification panel also shows episode image if available, otherwise the feed image
• amended the PlayerUI, duration text is now shown on the slider bar instead below it
