• added Virtual queue in Queues
• playing/streaming any episode in list of FeedDetails, Facets, or Search screens, the list (limited to 200 episodes) is set as the Virtual queue
• introduced ActQueue, it's the queue where the playback traverses, whereas curQueue now is the current queue on Queues screen
• playing/streaming an episode in any queue (real or virtual), that queue is set as ActQueue
• playing/streaming an episode from OnlineFeed screen sets actQueue to none, and is one off
