• in Settings->Network, added setting of Identifier, defaulted to "My Podcini"
• when sending to other device, receiver address no longer needs to be typed in, it's obtained from Receiver broadcast
• Added send/receive catalog feature across devices:
  • a catalog is a list of feeds info but no episodes
  • on receiving, the catalog is put in a volume with the sender's identifier
  • to receive, in Library menu, choose "Receive contents", select "Catalog" in the popup (likewise for receiving feed), tap Start
  • to send, in Library menu, choose "Send catalog", tap Send
• startup crash on property Freeze should be fixed
