• when creating a new local feed, it's set to not auto-refresh
• in Episode, downloaded is no longer a persisted property, but a delegate of fileUrl being not null
• in Facets, reconcile no longer needs to check downloaded vs file existed
• fixed crash when fetching episodes sizes on a local feed
• fixed crash when adding item to queue at position after currently playing when there is no currently playing in the queue
  • in such situation, default the position to the front of the queue
• amended LocalFeedUpdater and fixed existing items possibly not updated
• made queue name on topbar of Queues screen a bit narrower
